How Grumpy's Candy Company handles the information you share with us.

Last updated: TODO: add effective date

What we collect

When you request a quote or sign up for our emails, we collect the details you give us: your name, business, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message. We also collect basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, quote your project, fulfil your order and, if you asked for it, send you occasional email about new candy and programs. We do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the business, such as shipping carriers and our email provider, and only as far as they need it to do that work. TODO: list providers once confirmed.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our email at any time using the link in any message. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us and we will take care of it.
